By communicating with us by phone or email, you consent (where permitted by law) to calls, texts, and emails being recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

Quick note (important)

Your existing TOS section says “opt-out by emailing a Do Not Call Request.” For SMS, that alone is not enough. The section above fixes that by adding STOP/HELP while still keeping email opt-out.
